Wire rope panels are modular structures made from interwoven steel ropes, used for active rock slope stabilization. They provide high-energy containment for unstable boulders and are often combined with anchors to enhance effectiveness.

The panels are CE-marked, tested in accordance with EAD 230005-00-0106, and issued an European Technical Assessment (ETA 19/0313). Based on this, they are covered by a Certificate of Constancy of Performance in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011 (Construction Products Regulation).

Spiral rope anchors are formed by folding the rope back on itself to create a clamp fixed on a hot-dip galvanized thimble. At the anchor head and around the thimble, the rope is inserted into a multilayer tube or stainless-steel sleeve, providing additional protection for the exposed anchorage section against corrosion and/or abrasion.
The anchors comply with the qualification and identification requirements for structural construction products, as specified in Section 11.1(c) of the Italian Technical Standards for Construction (N.T.C.) under D.M. 17.01.2018.
