Ground anchors (tiebacks) are tension elements used to stabilize structures such as retaining walls or slopes. Installed by drilling and stressing, they transfer tensile loads into the ground, preventing movement and collapse in geotechnical engineering works.
Tiebacks are available in two variants: **permanent anchors** and **temporary anchors** (service life not exceeding two years), together with all required accessories. Components are rigorously sourced from Italy; in particular, the anchorage clamps required to lock the strands at the anchor head are supplied by high-quality domestic workshops. Anchorage heads (i.e. components typically designed to resist very high actions) are manufactured using circular plates made of structural steel EN 10025-2, sized based on rigorous laboratory testing in accordance with ETAG 013 guidelines.
